on time (7am) even though there were icy bridges we passed over (and fish-tailed which made some alarm go off in our car). Praise God with us! We made it down in record time, during rush hour on a snow day!! I’ve driven 35E often to know this is certainly not normal. I am reminded of a song Jaimes likes to sing, “My God is so big, so strong and so mighty, there’s nothing my God cannot do! Amen!!”
Please pray:
- Jaimes (or anyone else) will not get sick.
- More connection w/ Gracie.
- Continued friendship with foster mom (this is hard on everyone except Gracie but she’s the one we are doing the transition for mainly, not us)
- For more of Christ and less of us. To hear Him, knowledge of Him with us.
You are all in our prayers as you go through this hard time of transition. Gracie is so adorable and we cannot wait to meet her. Rejoicing with you, Eric and Jill
Thanks Jill!!
Oh praise the Lord!!! So thankful you made it (even in the yucky weather!!!). What crazy times! Stories to tell, indeed! ; )
Praying for relationship with foster mom, and bonding with Gracie! This is God’s plan, He will provide – His grace is sufficient, sister! She is your daughter – He planned this before you were born and before Gracie was born. And He will bond you together more than you could ask or imagine! We are praying this with you!!! We love you!!!
How exciting!!!! Congratulations guys! She is adorable! Glad you make it safely and I apologize for my fellow Texans who always freak out when the weather gets just a little weird. (myself included usually)
Much love!
This is all so amazing… I’ve been reading and praying for you guys.
praise God for safety in the ice, and I pray none of you get sick. It is also very icy here!!
Sooo happy for you guys! Can’t wait to read more! Many prayers your way!
I keep checking back for more pictures!! I just can’t get over her. She is too cute!
