It will be quite an exciting long weekend. Yesterday we celebrated our 4th anniversary with all of Matt’s family in from WI and MN and today we will celebrate Matt’s Birthday!

We are busy! Still. Just an update though…we are sending in all of the paperwork for fostering. Lord willing, that will include our HS or College diplomas. Never have I wished so much that we would have framed those guys

This weekend we’ll be flying to Chicago to pick up our new car. Yes, that’s right, our new car. It’s not the ideal car that we’ve had in our heads but it will work. We’re going to celebrate our anniversary up there and drive back the next day. This has been hard for me because Jaimes will stay back in TX. Please pray for our safety. It seems as though the Lord continues to ask me to trust Him which is awesome but I hate the sin that it reveals.
I’ll try to write more tomorrow.
