Dreamweaver + Colorschemer.com

Yesterday I got it in my head that I needed to be coding on a black screen like the cool kids. I’ve made the jump back to DreamWeaver in recent weeks, which defaults to a white screen in code-view. After about 20 minutes of fruitless investigation, Lauren was kind enough to chime in with a helpful , “uh … just select preferences>coding color.” Further evidence that I have no attention to the peripheral.

Upon selcting Edit>Preferences>Coding Color and changing the background to #000000, I realized I would have to change the colors of EVERY SINGLE ELEMENT. Undaunted, I navigated over to colorschemer.com, selected a couple schemes with lots of high-contrast colors.  One wasted hour later and VOILA!

  1. I just saw your link to Baking Soda. That’s awesome! Last week I burned myself while cooking, and wanted to make a Baking Soda paste to put on it. But, Daniel talked me out of it saying that since it was an abrasive it would hurt. I knew I should have followed my instict. No matter what the question, Baking Soda is the answer.

  2. Um, about the baking soda.

the colors and black background are ok. It would be easier to read for me if the font size was bigger but maybe that would take up too much space.
