We had an appointment this morning where we learned that our baby is in fact a girl and is perfectly healthy - you know, for still breathing fluid and stuff.

The middle name Bradstreet comes from one of my favorite poets, Anne Bradstreet - who, besides being a model Christian woman, Too much lasix, was the first American to become a published poet.

Congratulations and what a neat name! We will pray that she is healthy and precocious. I have two boys, so I can’t relate, but I’m guessing that with all girls, there will be no end to the drama in your house. That will just make life more interesting and fun though.

@Alex – yes 20 more weeks. It will go by much slower from this point though. Amazing how the anticipation escalates once you know the sex of the baby. The reality and excitement are really setting in for us today.
