In anticipation of Mad Men starting back up next Sunday, I madmen(ed) myself. Now I’m gonna go home and have martini.

They Didn’t Study
They didn’t study. I love them for that.
Modular chair
Modules are cool, especially when they are chairs.
Dreamweaver + Colorschemer.com
Yesterday I got it in my head that I needed to be coding on a black screen like the cool kids. I’ve made the jump back to DreamWeaver in recent weeks, which defaults to a white screen in code-view. After about 20 minutes of fruitless investigation, Lauren was kind enough to chime in with a helpful , “uh … just select preferences>coding color.” Further evidence that I have no attention to the peripheral.
Upon selcting Edit>Preferences>Coding Color and changing the background to #000000, I realized I would have to change the colors of EVERY SINGLE ELEMENT. Undaunted, I navigated over to colorschemer.com, selected a couple schemes with lots of high-contrast colors. One wasted hour later and VOILA!
Shock Jocks
And yet, I’m somehow proud to work with Chris Potter.
I’m a Man-fume wearing sissy man
Given [my] atrocious results in this test, it is immediately obvious the [I] regularly douse [my]self in a pseudo protective curtain of manfume, aka perfume for men. Put down the black can from Europe. Repeat: put down the black can from Europe. (I took all 50 questions and scored 52%. I’m ashamed, Joshua – deeply ashamed.)
10 Things I Hate About Commandments
Rich sent this to me this morning.
South Park Donovans
This was a fruitful waste of time.
Google Videos are Taking Over
A couple weeks ago, Kevin was praising google for google print – a search engine allowing us to search through all of the world’s books. Today, I’m here to tell you about something much more benefical to mankind. Google Video searches the web for any video content containing your search criterion. It’s AMAZING. It’s also a fantastic waste of time. Ever since the (ironic) commercialisation of adcritic.com – there has been a browser-window shaped hole in my heart. Friends, that void has been filled! Pete and I have been sharing our favorites back and forth via email for a couple days. I invite you to post yours in the comments section.
Here are just a few clips to whet your appetite: The Russian Climber (pictured above), BMW M5 vs. Audi RS4, Soccer Skills, Ghost Car, and Jin vs. Verse.
