I have never even heard of the Regent or Radian. I'm MIFFED now! It seems that the biggest Britax available to us (without having to pay shipping from ordering online) is the marathon.

I really do love the Britax seats. They are SOOOO easy to install. Ian is very comfortable in them, the straps are really easy to adjust, they are just plain great!

Ian cried in his infant carrier from 3 weeks until we finally broke down and put him in a convertible seat (about 4 months) and then he cried in the evenflo until we got the britax (about 6 months old) HE HASN'T CRIED SINCE!

We should seriously be paid by Britax for all of our advertising we do for them!

The best thing? I can install a britax seat all by myself. Roger doesn't have to "tighten it" due to the way britax has designed their latch system. It is GREAT!!

Good Luck! I'm going to have too look into the Regent/Radian.

Yes, yes, yes...I definitely want more info!! I'll check into the Regent and Radian. We went to BabiesRus today (but just for a short little visit) and looked at the Marathon.

Hey K,

I am just now in the same dilemma - trying to find a carseat for Luke so Cade can switch. Anyways, I totally feel the same way about the 5 point harness thing - and so far I am finding their are only two 5 point harness carseats that go up to 80+ lbs. (Britax Regent and Radian 80)... The Britax Marathon is a good option to, but it will only go to 65 lbs and 49 inches tall - still gives us a while. Let me know if you want more info. I have researched this a lot! And yes, they are very expensive!
